Billie Monney the bounty huntress from Biker Mice from Mars. She made a debyte in Unforgiven Cheece. Group of Limburger's ex-workers had hired her to eliminate Limburger but nothing went as planned... She appeared as a statist on Villain of the year episode. -In case you don't remember who she is. ^^'

I took some artist freedoms with her clothing... and a bit of her feet. I didn't happen to have bird talons. Could have post-worked them... I know. Though just choose not to. x'D
