Insight into Throttle- I imagine that his sanity sometimes gets challenged by all the destruction and chaos around him, so he'd need something to hold onto and remind himself that the galaxy is a okay place to live in. So, he lets Charley sleep on top of him. Plus, she's nicer than a blanket :wink:
