My Friends The Biker Mice From Mars, Season 2, Vol 2.
Chapter 5.
It was now the day of the party, we were all busy doing things to get ready, Daniel the cook was hard at work in the kitchen, Mrs Jenson the house keeper was busy cleaning and preparing the house for more visitors and myself and Knowles had gone into town to buy gifts and things for the party, both Charley and Matt had decided to join us and whilst Knowles and I went gift shopping, Charley and Matt went clothes shopping both having decided that they hadn't got a thing to wear for the party.
It was now midday and time for me to pick up my other visitors, my mom, my brother, my stepdad and my aunties and uncles. I also asked my driver to go to Devon to pick up my cousin and her family as they had never met the guys. Charley and Matt had decided that they wanted to travel with me back to see the town of Kidderminster for one final time. We made good time getting back to Kidderminster and arrived at my mom's house at 3:30 pm, we loaded the van and then everyone got on board and we made our way back to the Isle Of Man.
We arrived back at the new house at 7:00 pm, we unloaded the van and got the new visitors settled into their rooms.
After showing my guests to their rooms I realised that I hadn't yet introduced the guys to my cousin and her family, so I made good with the introductions. There were two more posthumous introductions to make, I took the photograph that had been taken over the Christmas of 2003.
Me: The grey furred female is Modo's mother, Bola, who sadly died six months after this picture was taken.
I now felt a lump come to my throat as I pointed to Vinnie.
Me: This is Vinnie, he was Charley's husband. He sadly was brutally murdered on New Year's Eve 2007, god we miss him, we miss them both.
My cousin could now see that the picture was beginning to upset me and so took it from my hands and reminded me that this was supposed to be a party and not a wake, as usual she was right so I took the picture back and hung it back on the wall.
