I'm not usually that fond of Fantastic Four, but I decided to watch the old cartoons showing on Disney XD this evening. And when I was only briefly paying attention to the TV all of a sudden you see the Thing with a volume of a Biker Mice comic in his hands! I didn't see the scene for very long, but I definetely recognized the logo on the back of the volume.
Any of you seen this episode before or have you seen other independent references to BMFM?
... Oh gawd make me think here. It was the FF4 that was on during the Marvel Power Hour! That's what that was! On either UPS or KTLA
Torch (I thought) had the comic book... and Then tossed it aside to run.. I think out a window... I have seen the episode (once) on TV when if first aired... yeah.... It did air in the 1990's I (THINK) it was the 1st or 2nd FF4 season and during the (early) 2nd season of BMFM.
Okay I don't like the show that much to go rooting through You tube for once scene.
They did cameo's on a few things due to being owned by Marvel and trying to squeeze the BMFM into the Marvel time slots.
I don't recall if BMFM actually did get there, and if it did, I don't think it stayed too long but again, fighting with memories from long ago.
Actually, it was the Thing reading a Biker Mice comic book. There's a screenshot of it on the Net somewhere, I'm sure.
Like I said It's pulling my memory of over ... *winces* 19 years ago...
Maybe it made two appearances in the series. This ep was about Reed finding some element from another universe and than a psycho with a fear beam who turns Susan in to some Heavy Metal Doom Girl or something like that, so it should be possible to relocate the ep. But I just thought it was funny to see the Biker Mice represented in that show.
Just realized that Tom Tataranowicz also worked with Fantastic Four. Might explain the appearance ^^

I had heard about that scene, but I've never watched the Fantastic 4. I don't know of any other Biker Mice references in other cartoons though.
