Also I need to know some basic maps already made and the such or do I simply start from scratch any help in how things work in general, apart from the rules of the forum that is, and also any takers I was thinking about making it about escaped martian slaves resitance returning home with a new threat fallowing them.
Its ok I was thinking of doing it maybe weekly so its easier on everybody, lets see who else we can reel in. I wanted to keep martians because a fleet of slaves arriving on mars is going to bring up a lot political issues. Plus the slavers or whatever I going to make the threat be, fallowing them also will bring great reasons for mars not to give them asylum to the fleet. I was thinking of the fleet like battlestar kind of thing. Any ideas and collaboration will be appreciated.

I am interested, but I still need to get an OC sorted out. I'm a fish out of water in the BMFM fandom, so I only know so much and it may take a bit of time for me to sort out a character. I may have a friend that might draw her once I'm sorted on what she looks like too.

Crossovers are fine, I'd say no to canons for simplicity's sake.
You could probably have closed games where once you've worked out who is what and related to who on the canon character front you could make it work, the rules were there because the games have always been open and anyone could jump in wherever whenever. The "Harley's Bar" that the forum is named after appeared to be a broken TARDIS (Starzone crawled into the basement or the attic to find out exactly what it was but never did get an answer on that front, I wasn't GMing then) so there were constantly other species from other fandoms popping in and out.

we can't use canons as npc's just in fables and stories.
