Come up with a pretty layout, even if it is just taking the existing one and changing the colours and the pictures and whatnot. Do it up in Photoshop or a piece of paper, whatever you feel comfortable using. Post it as a fanart with the appropriate Terraform the Planet tags ticked, with explanations on what fonts and colours to use. Custom smileycons and forum icons etc are extremely welcome additions (as you notice we have no smileycons at all at present).

I will take care of the coding side of things and I will start with the more popular skin ideas and work through from there :P

Feel free to go mad (within the theme of course ;). I will need to know if you want specific pages to look a certain way as well so if you need to send me multiple designs then send me multiple designs, as long as they're labelled. My mind reading skills not so good especially across countries.
